Manhattan College: Sources tell BasketballScoop that Jason Wingate will return to his alma mater as an assistant.
Lincoln University (PA): John Hill has been hired as the new head coach. Hill comes from Elizabeth City State University, where he was an assistant the past four seasons.

Samford: Terrence Johnson has been named an assistant coach. Johnson comes from Houston, Texas, where he taught at George E. Hopper Middle School and coached at Alief Elsik High School for five years.
Akron: Charles Thomas has been hired as an assistant coach. Thomas comes from Northwood University (MI), where he was an assistant the past two seasons.

Florida: We hear that the University of Florida has an opening for a Video Coordinator.
Oral Roberts: Sean Sutton, the former head basketball coach at Oklahoma State, has been named executive advisor to his brother and Golden Eagles head coach Scott Sutton. Sean Sutton coached at Oklahoma State from 2006-08 and posted a 39-29 record in his two seasons at the helm before resigning.
Lewis & Clark: Terry Porter has been hired as an assistant coach. Porter was the head coach of the NBA’s Phoenix Suns from 2008-09.
Tulane: Head coach Ed Conroy has promoted Ronnie Hamilton to assistant coach. Hamilton was the director of operations since April, and was an assistant at The Citadel for two seasons prior to that.
Northwestern: Joe Kennedy has been announced as the new director of operations. Kennedy played for the Wildcats from 2004-07. Kennedy rejoins the Wildcats after most recently working in the Office of Public Engagement at the White House.

Prairie View A&M: Rob Amboree has been hired as an assistant coach. Amboree comes from the Cy-Fair Shock, a Nike Elite Travel team and one of the top programs in the country, where he was the head coach the past four years.

UC Davis: Sandy Simpson, UC Davis’ all-time winningest women’s basketball coach, will retire at the end of this season. Associate head coach Jennifer Gross will succeed Simpson.
Hawaii: Margot Richards has been hired as an assistant coach. Richards comes from Seattle University, where she was an assistant the past two seasons.

Dakota Wesleyan: Zander Tasch has been named a graduate assistant. Tasch comes from Long Island University-C.W. Post, where he was the director of basketball operations.

St. John’s: Head coach Steve Lavin has added former Purdue coach Gene Keady to his staff. Keady, 74, will serve as the executive assistant or adviser to the head coach. Lavin said Keady will stay with St. John’s from October to April and then make cameo appearances in the offseason as necessary. Keady also can be on the bench for games. Keady coached at Purdue from 1980-2005, reaching the postseason 22 times and winning six Big Ten titles. Keady worked as an analyst for the Big Ten Network after he retired from Purdue.

Dayton: Kyle Rechlicz has been promoted to associate head coach. Also, Angie Russell has been promoted to recruiting coordinator, and Amanda Fischer has taken over the role of director of basketball operations.

Cornell: Mike Blaine has been added to the staff as an assistant coach. Blaine comes from Maryland-Eastern Shore, where he was an assistant the last two seasons.
Simon Fraser University: Jeff Drinkwine has been hired as an assistant coach. Drinkwine comes from Evergreen State, where he was the head coach the past three seasons.

Chicago Sky: Pokey Chatman has been named the general manager and head coach. Chatman coached in the European basketball league last season and guided Russian Spartak Moscow Region to a 16-0 Euroleague record and the 2010 Euroleague Championship. Chatman also coached at LSU and guided the Lady Tigers to consecutive Final Four appearances before resigning in March 2007.
