Paine College (GA):  In the midst of controversy Ronnie Spry has resigned as head basketball coach at Paine College.  At a press conference Monday afternoon, Spry made it official in stepping down after 31 years at the helm.  Spry had been on administrative leave for about a month now for reasons not released by the school or by Spry himself. This all lead to today’s decision in stepping down.
