Navajo Technical College (NM): Dr. Kevin Butler has been named Director of Athletics/Head Men’s Basketball Coach. Butler comes from Knoxville College (TN), where he was the Director of Athletics/Head Men’s Basketball Coach as well.

Utah Jazz: Head coach Jerry Sloan and assistant coach Phil Johnson have both resigned. Sloan was the head coach for the Jazz the last 23 years. Johnson was an assistant for the Jazz for the past 22 years.
Binghamton: Interim head coach Mark Macon has signed a contract extension through the 2013-14 season. The “interim” label will be removed from his title.

Louisiana College: Interim head coach Jason Tinsley has officially been named head coach. Tinsley has guided Louisiana College to an 18-1 record so far this season.
