Indiana: Head coach Felisha Legette-Jack has announced the hiring of Whitney Thomas as assistant coach. Thomas was the video coordinator at Indiana last season.
Cal State San Marcos: Andrea Picchi has been hired as an assistant coach. Picchi comes from Fullerton College, where she was an assistant since 2001.
Monmouth: Reggie Carney and Marquetta Dickens has been named assistant coaches and Meg Tarrant has been named the Director of Basketball Operations. Carney was the high school basketball coach of head coach Jenny Palmateer and was inducted into the New Jersey Interscholastic Athletic Associaton Hall of Fame in 2004. Dickens comes from North Carolina Central, where she was on the staff the last two seasons. Tarrant was a graduate assistant at Seton Hall the last two seasons.
Dixie State: Brittany Carper has been hired as an assistant coach.
UCLA: Tony Newnan has been named an assistant coach. Newnan comes from Westmont, where he was an assistant the last nine seasons.

IPFW: Former Colgate and Stetson assistant Jon Coffman has been hired.
Eastern Michigan: Kevin Mondro has been named an assistant coach. Mondro comes from Loyola (Chicago), where he was an assistant coach the last three seasons.
Texas Tech: Derrick Jasper has accepted a graduate assistant position. Jasper recently finished playing at UNLV, and also played under head coach Billy Gillispie at Kentucky in 2007-08.

Los Angeles Lakers: Italian coach Ettore Messina has agreed to join Mike Brown’s coaching staff. Messina will be listed as an assistant coach but will be behind the bench, not on it, and will serve in more of a consulting capacity. Messina was last head coach of the Spanish League club Real Madrid from 2009-2011.
Boston University: Brian Daly has been named interim head coach. Daly has been on staff at Boston University the last two seasons, and was associate head coach last season.
Northwestern: Former Rutgers head coach Fred Hill has joined the staff as an assistant coach. Hill was the head coach at Rutgers for four seasons and resigned in 2010.
Marshall: Jorge Fernandez has been hired as an assistant coach. Fernandez comes from Miami (FL), where he was an assistant coach from 2004-2011, and associate head coach since 2007.

Boston College: Head coach Sylvia Crawley has announced the hiring of Timothy Eatman as an assistant coach. Eatman most recently served as the associate head coach at the University of Arkansas. He was promoted to the associate job in 2007.
Butler: Ashley Hayes has been hired as an assistant coach. Hayes has spent the last three seasons at Murray State.

Arizona: Head coach Sean Miller will receive an extra $100,000 each year as part of a two-year contract extension the Arizona Board of Regents is expected to approve next week. Under the deal, the Arizona coach’s base salary would jump from $900,000 to $1 million July 1, boosting his overall compensation to $2.1 million.

Kansas State: Lamont Evans has officially joined the coaching staff. Evans was the team manager for the Wildcats the last three seasons.
Utah State: Head coach Stew Morrill has signed a contract extension. The extension is six years and will go through the 2016-17 season.
Tennessee: Mark Pancratz has been hired as the video coordinator. Pancratz served in the role of assistant to the head coach last season at Tennessee.

Wulburn comes to Blacksburg following 15 years in real estate sales, development and marketing in Bloomington, Illinois. He also has been the chief operations officer of a custom home construction company for the last seven years. From 2002 through 2007, Wulbrun also served as head boy’s basketball coach at Central Catholic High School in Bloomington.
Niagara: Ron Ginyard has been hired as an assistant coach. Ginyard comes from Navy, where he was an assistant coach the last three seasons.
Radford: Mike Jones has been named the new head coach. Jones comes from VCU, where he was an assistant the last two seasons.
Tennessee: Head coach Cuonzo Martin has completed his staff with the hiring of Marco Harris as the team’s student-athlete welfare coordinator. Harris has coached at Tulsa’s Booker T. Oral Roberts: Head coach Scott Sutton has hired Sean Sutton as an assistant coach. Sean Sutton served last season in the unpaid capacity as ORU’s Executive Advisor to the men’s basketball staff. In that position, he was only allowed to interact with Golden Eagles’ coaches during games and practices and break down film, but wasn’t permitted to provide direct instruction to the players.
Kentucky: Head coach John Calipari has received a two-year contract extension. The new deal is worth $36.5 million with the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.

West Virginia: Head coach Bob Huggins has realigned his staff. Assistant coach Billy Hahn will become the team’s new assistant to the head coach, and current director of basketball operations Jerrod Calhoun will take over Hahn’s role as an assistant coach on July 1.
Ohio State: Chris Jent will be an assistant coach. Jent comes from the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he was an assistant coach since 2009.
Toronto Raptors: Head coach Dwane Casey has completed his staff with the hiring of Johnny Davis as his lead assistant. Davis was an assistant coach with the Memphis Grizzlies.

St. Bonaventure: Head coach Jim Crowley has agreed to a contract extension through 2017. Crowley completed his 12th season as head coach.

Georgia Southern: Chris Capko has been hired as an assistant coach. Capko was on the staff at Stetson the last two seasons.
Los Angeles Lakers: John Kuester has been named an assistant coach. Kuester was the head coach of the Detroit Pistons the last two seasons.
Creighton: Jeff Vanderloo has been named the director of basketball operations. Vanderloo has spent the previous 19 seasons as the head coach at Sioux City (Iowa) East High School.
