Lisa McDonald has been with Ball State for nearly a decade, with almost half of that time as Associate Head Coach.  “Lisa has an obvious passion for Ball State University and the young women within our program,” said Head Coach Kelly Packard. “She is completely committed to ensuring all efforts are focused on our players having a very positive collegiate playing career. Lisa has a dynamic, energetic, and genuine personality that is a perfect match for recruiting and for the overall promotion of our program.”  She also serves as the Recruiting Coordinator, Academic Liaison, and perimeter position coach.

McDonald, a native of Flagstaff, Ariz., was a three-year letterwinner in basketball at Upper Iowa University, where she served as the team’s captain for the 1997-98 season.

Any school looking to build a program that wants to instill a strong foundation should consider bringing in Coach McDonald.
